What is Electrophoria ?

Jadavpur University is not just another University ...and the Department of Electronics and Tele-Communication at Jadavpur University isn't just another department ...Our department been one of the forebearers of the University .Right since its inception ,the department has gifted the society many stalwarts and continues to keep up the legacy because of the extra-ordinary and brilliant minds ,who come and join our ETCE family ,every year! We all joined this Department as a fresher ,with dreamy eyes and a hazy idea about what is to come , we all needed a day to be added into this JU ETCE family . JU ETCE family welcomes all our freshmen with open arms and promises a heart touching experience for the 4 years to come . Electrophoria is essentially the day you get to add yourself to the same family that has nourished and nurtured so many brilliant minds over the years . So we ,the seniors ,cordially call upon all freshmen to be under the spot light on the Electrophoric day....the day that comes only once in all our lives and the day we wish to have lasted forever .
